Job Summary

  • Apply strong analytical capabilities to identify challenges and deliver timely effective solutions.
  • Ensure all matters raised by Sales team leaders are promptly reviewed and assessed to enable effective issue resolution.
  • Serve as the key liaison between Sales and Marketing to maintain alignment and resolve challenges efficiently.
  • Lead coach and develop the Sales Team to consistently achieve targeted sales outcomes.
  • Provide ongoing guidance and mentorship to both internal sales teams and external sales partners.
  • Work closely with the Head of Sales and relevant stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of sales strategies and KPIs.
  • Align team initiatives with organizational objectives to promote a unified and high performing work culture.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by Management from time to time.


Requirements

  • A minimum of 10 years of relevant sales experience including 3 to 5 years in a managerial capacity is preferred for this role.
  • Holds a Degree in Business Administration Marketing or an equivalent qualification.
  • Demonstrates a highly driven results-oriented sales mindset with a strong motivation to exceed targets.
  • Proven track record in effectively managing both internal sales teams and external sales channels.
  • Strong ability to coach develop and motivate sales teams to consistently achieve defined KPIs.
  • A collaborative team player with the capability to align and work effectively within a team based environment.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities with the skill to analyze and address lead-related challenges across Sales and Marketing functions.
  • Strong analytical aptitude with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
