Were now looking for a Technical Project Lead to join our Services function in Bengaluru.

In this role youll lead end-to-end delivery of complex partner-specific customizationsensuring high-quality outcomes across multiple internal teams and subcontractors. Youll provide the technical leadership governance and coordination required to deliver on our partner commitments while continuously improving how we work.

This is a unique opportunity to shape the way we manage implementations reduce dependency on external project managers and drive consistency and quality across global partner engagements.

What you will do in this role:

End-to-End Technical Delivery Youll take ownership of the full delivery lifecycle for partner implementations. From initial planning through go-live youll coordinate cross-functional work align teams around shared goals and ensure we deliver on time within scope and to the expected quality.

Technical Leadership and Governance Youll define and uphold technical standards across our partner projects lead risk management efforts and help resolve any technical blockers. Collaborating with test leads architects and engineering teams youll maintain delivery momentum without compromising on quality.

Coordination and Vendor Management Youll act as the central technical coordinator across internal developers and external vendorsensuring everyone is aligned dependencies are tracked and information flows freely. Youll reduce friction improve visibility and help create more reliable multi-vendor delivery models.

Quality and Compliance Youll help ensure every technical deliverable meets our quality expectationsboth in terms of functionality and compliance. Youll introduce quality checkpoints review outputs and drive improvements that reduce rework and support long-term maintainability.

Delivery Process Innovation Youll actively look for ways to make delivery more efficient and scalable. This includes promoting reuse of components introducing automation where possible and exploring how AI tools can reduce manual work and speed up delivery.

Stakeholder Communication Youll serve as the technical point of contact for partner engagementsfacilitating workshops translating needs into action and managing expectations throughout the delivery journey. Internally youll report on progress risks and opportunities for improvement.

What are we looking for

Youve likely spent 10 years in technical delivery rolesperhaps as a technical project manager architect lead engineer or in a similar position. Youve worked across multi-vendor environments led cross-functional teams and developed a strong sense of how to balance structure with adaptability in fast-moving projects.

Technical background & delivery leadership - You understand how complex software systems come togetheracross APIs integrations microservices and modern cloud deployments. Youve seen how delivery can stall without technical leadership and know how to align teams around a shared technical direction. Experience with telecom or enterprise-grade software is an advantage but not a strict requirement.

Project execution in complex environments - Youve led multi-team and multi-vendor deliveries and can navigate competing priorities without losing focus. Youre confident in handling shifting requirements managing timelines resolving technical blockers and ensuring that each step of delivery stays on track and adds value.

Process quality & governance mindset - You take pride in high-quality predictable delivery. Youve worked with governance frameworks know how to introduce quality checkpoints and understand the cost of technical debt and rework. You care about building things that lastand about doing so efficiently.

People and stakeholder skills - You collaborate naturally with architects test leads developers and business stakeholders. Youre comfortable running workshops translating technical decisions and managing expectations. You know how to keep a partner informed and confidenteven when challenges arise

Working in a global environment - Our partners and teams span multiple countries and time zones and your ability to communicate clearly and professionally in English is essential. You understand how to work effectively across cultures and locationsadjusting communication styles being mindful of context and building trust in a remote or hybrid setting.

Experience in the telecommunications industry global or cross-cultural delivery and professional certifications like PMP or Agile are all considered a plus.
