Job Summary

Job Title: Registered Nurse Wound Care
Location: Brooklyn NY 11203
Contract: 13 weeks
Shift: 8:00 AM 4:30 PM
Pay: Local: $3075/week Travel: $3361/week

Overview:

Navitas Healthcare LLC is seeking Registered Nurse Wound Carefor an exciting job in Brooklyn NY.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct assessments and develop individualized care plans.

  • Recommend and manage wound care treatments and document progress.

  • Educate patients families and staff on wound prevention and care.

  • Participate in quality improvement and manage wound care equipment.

  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams for coordinated care.

Requirements:

  • 2 years recent experience in wound and colostomy care.

  • ASN/ADN degree and active NY RN license.

  • BLS certification.

  • Wound care certification: CWOCN CWON CWCN CWS or WCC.
