Contract: 13 weeks
Shift: 8:00 AM 4:30 PM
Pay: Local: $3075/week Travel: $3361/week

Overview:

Navitas Healthcare LLC is seeking Registered Nurse Wound Carefor an exciting job in Brooklyn NY.

Responsibilities:

Conduct assessments and develop individualized care plans.
Recommend and manage wound care treatments and document progress.
Educate patients families and staff on wound prevention and care.
Participate in quality improvement and manage wound care equipment.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams for coordinated care.

Requirements:

2 years recent experience in wound and colostomy care.
ASN/ADN degree and active NY RN license.
BLS certification.
Wound care certification: CWOCN CWON CWCN CWS or WCC.
