Head of IT
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze business requirements by partnering with key stakeholders across the organization to develop solutions for IT needs that enable technologies and users to operate in an integrated manner.
- Build strong relationship with technology vendors and to execute ERP transformation to align to companys initiatives.
- Recommend and identify possible system improvement and digitalization to maximize the system benefit to the business.
- To manage data security & integrity of organizations information assets. Ensure appropriate controls are in place to enforce confidentiality privacy and security obligations for data privacy and protection.
- Ensuring Project Team is delivering according to the agreed project objectives/milestones.
- Optimize the utilization of resources in delivering and supporting the solutions provided.
- Assess and cultivates long term strategic goals for IT area of responsibility in conjunction with business partners/HODs and other key stakeholders.
- Establish and ensure ICT Policy is applied throughout organization.
- Ensure key IT systems are continuously updated and proper documentation maintained at all times.
- Provide mentoring coaching and development of IT team; in partner with HR & Talent Management.
Job Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelors Degree Post Graduate Diploma Professional Degree Masters Degree Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
- Required skill(s): ERP system Business intelligence Digital Transformation E-commerce infrastructure E-commerce tools.
- Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia Mandarin English
- At least 15 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- At least 6 year(s) of experience managing a team of software developers system engineers IT support and ERP consultants.
- Experience of commissioning services from third parties and managing relationships with suppliers and contractors
- Preferably Senior Managers specializing in IT/Computer - Network/System/Database Admin or equivalent.
