About the Opportunity
Our client is a rapidly expanding e-commerce and logistics business known for providing seamless courier and delivery services across Kenya. As they continue to grow they are looking to expand their operations team with a Sales Consultant. The role requires someone tech-savvy customer-obsessed and able to work independently in a fast-paced remote setup.
The role is fully remote but based in Kenya and candidates must be available to start immediately.

- Can you describe a time you successfully persuaded a customer or client to make a purchase
- What are your current salary expectations and notice period/availability
Key Responsibilities
- Engage with customers via phone and chat to understand their needs and offer product recommendations.
- Convert inquiries into confirmed orders using company-provided insights and data.

Build rapport with customers and encourage repeat business.

Meet or exceed sales KPIs including confirmed orders upsell/cross-sell rates and revenue targets.

Participate in team discussions and suggest improvements to boost customer satisfaction and performance.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Previous experience in sales customer service or a call centre environment (advantageous not essential).

Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).

Confident using digital tools and customer engagement platforms.

A proactive and positive attitude with a willingness to learn.
- Access to a working laptop computer mouse stable internet and noise-cancelling headphones.

Self-disciplined reliable and able to follow company procedures.
