Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the sales administration team to support revenue targets for the assigned category including contribution to sales strategy execution.
- Oversee sales administrative operations ensuring compliance with company policies and smooth cross-functional coordination.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers distributors and partners to drive customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- Analyse market trends and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities.
- Develop implement and enforce operational procedures including sales reporting inventory oversight and planning coordination.

Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in business Commerce Supply Chain or a related field.
- 58 years experience in FMCG sales operations or sales administration leadership.
- Strong SAP / ERP experience and advanced Excel reporting capability.
- Strong coordination analytical and leadership skills.
Required Skills:
5-7 years warehouse experience preferably in food & beverage manufacturing. 3 year supervisory experience in warehouse operations. Strong knowledge of inventory control FIFO/FEFO stock management and warehouse best practices. Hands on experience with goods receiving dispatch and stock reconciliation. Ability to manage and supervise warehouse staff. Proficient in warehouse documentation and basic computer systems (ERP / Excel/ SAP). Good understanding of food safety hygiene standards and storage standards. Organized detail-oriented and reliable. Good communication and problem-solving skills. High level of integrity and accountability. Knowledge of local regulatory and food safety requirements in Kenya is an advantage.
