Role Overview
The role will be responsible for leading sales administration and operational execution for the assigned category with a strong focus on revenue support coordination reporting and customer interface.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage the sales administration team to support revenue targets for the assigned category including contribution to sales strategy execution.
Oversee sales administrative operations ensuring compliance with company policies and smooth cross-functional coordination.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers distributors and partners to drive customer satisfaction and repeat business.
Analyse market trends and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities.
Develop implement and enforce operational procedures including sales reporting inventory oversight and planning coordination.
Requirements
Qualifications
Bachelors degree in business Commerce Supply Chain or a related field.
58 years experience in FMCG sales operations or sales administration leadership
Must have prior experience in sales operations or sales administration within the beverage industry
Strong SAP / ERP experience and advanced Excel reporting capability.
Strong coordination analytical and leadership skills.
