About the role:
The Partnership Manager will be responsible for building managing and strengthening implementation partnerships under the Nanhe Kalam program across multiple states. The role involves coordinating with local NGO partners ensuring effective program delivery and acting as the liaison between the organization and stakeholders on the ground.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and manage partnerships with local NGOs for on-ground program implementation.
- Coordinate the onboarding training and monitoring of field-level partner teams.
- Collaborate with internal program training and M&E (Monitoring and Evaluation) teams to ensure program quality.
- Represent the organization in state and district-level review meetings.
- Monitor progress resolve implementation issues and improve operational efficiency.
- Ensure timely documentation and reporting from field partners.
