Customer Engagement Advisor Aged Care Sales

Are you a results-driven sales professional with a passion for aged care Juniper is on the lookout for a dynamic Customer Engagement Advisor to champion growth across our aged care services. This is a high-impact mobile role ideal for someone who thrives on building relationships closing sales and making a meaningful difference in the lives of older Australians.

About the Role

This role is all about strategic outreach and customer acquisition. Youll be the face of Juniper in the community actively engaging with prospective customers families and referral networks to drive occupancy and service uptake across our aged care offerings.

  • Base yourself at our Balcatta head office but expect to be on the road up to 70% of the time.
  • Youll work closely with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer journey from first contact to move-in.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute outbound sales strategies to meet and exceed growth targets
  • Actively engage with prospective clients and their families providing tailored support and guidance
  • Build and maintain strong referral pipelines through GPs hospitals community groups and aged care networks
  • Track and report on sales performance using CRM tools
  • Represent Juniper at expos community events and industry forums
  • Conduct market and competitor analysis to refine sales tactics
  • Collaborate with accommodation and care teams to align messaging and service delivery

What Youll Bring

  • Minimum 5 years experience in sales or customer engagement ideally within aged care or human services
  • Proven ability to drive sales outcomes and build lasting relationships
  • Strong communication interpersonal and tech-savvy skills
  • Familiarity with aged care systems and CRM platforms (desirable)
  • A valid WA drivers license and willingness to travel extensively
