Job Summary

Job Summary
The Bar Manager is responsible for all aspects of bar operations. The emphasis is on customer satisfaction striving towards better standards of service implementing and training of beverage lists improved systems and procedures and building and retaining a world class bar team. Maintaining a strong focus in the beverage operation will be key to the success of this position whilst ensuring adherence to service concept standards all service sequences as well as operating procedures. The position assists with promoting all bar entities beverage menu planning maintaining standards assisting the bar team in service during peak periods and manages property liquor inventories and controls. Strives to ensure guest and employee satisfaction while maintaining the operating budget. Accountable for enforcing all legal obligations professionally and consistently. Determines training needed to accomplish goals then implements plan. Strengthens the food and beverage/culinary team by assisting in other outlets when needed.
