We are looking for an experienced Water Project Manager to oversee Water and Civil infrastructure projects in the Hawkes Bay region. The successful candidate will bring a minimum of 5 years experience within the water sector. This pivotal role involves managing and leading project delivery to ensure work is completed profitably compliantly and efficiently. Youll enjoy variety and challenge while having the opportunity to make a significant impact.
In addition to the above you will:
Lead the planning design and delivery of water and civil infrastructure projects
Oversee the preparation and review of engineering documentation drawings specifications and tender submissions
Coordinate project schedules budgets and quality control processes reporting progress to senior management and clients
Engage with clients contractors and authorities to ensure alignment of project objectives and regulatory requirements
Manage stakeholder engagement and relationships take responsibility for both operational and financial outcomes
Facilitated risk assessments value engineering and ensuring health safety and environmental standards are met throughout all projects

Were looking for someone with:
Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering (or related discipline)
Minimum 5 years experience in water and civil projects
Strong track record managing major water projects from feasibility to commissioning
Familiarity with Australian/New Zealand codes standards and water authority requirements
Demonstrated experience in project management budgeting and stakeholder engagement
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Creating Connecting and caring for the community
