We are seeking a Marketing Manager to lead ITviecs integrated marketing strategy that drives Brand Growth Community Engagement and Platform Growth. This role combines brand leadership digital performance management and service commercialization ensuring ITviecs marketing efforts translate into measurable business impact and long-term brand equity.
Your main duties and responsibilities
Brand Strategy & Positioning (40%)
Build and sustain ITviecs brand identity ensuring all communications consistently reflect our mission archetype and tone of voice.
Develop annual brand strategy aligned with ITviecs Vision 2030.
Oversee creative campaigns that increase brand awareness emotional connection and recall.
Monitor brand performance through awareness sentiment and engagement KPIs.
Community Engagement & Events (30%)
Develop annual strategy for ITviecs Community programs and platforms.
Plan and deliver online/offline events that build trust and engagement among IT professionals and employers.
Encourage user-generated content (UGC) and collaborate with influencers other communities or tech leaders to foster authentic interaction.
Measure community growth event satisfaction and user advocacy impact.
Digital Platform & Asset Growth (15%)
Oversee the growth and optimization of ITviecs digital assets: Website Blog App Content Hub Segment Landing Pages etc.
Collaborate with Product and Development teams to enhance platform engagement (MQUP MAU Login Signup etc).
Oversee data tracking analytics and marketing automation tools (e.g. GA4 CRM or Looker Studio) to measure marketing impact.
Align content strategy and performance campaigns with business goals.
Employer Branding Services & Revenue (15%)
Co-develop Employer Branding service products (Sponsored Blogs Interview Videos Best IT Companies campaigns) with Sales and Product team.
Oversee the Communication Design for Product Launches.
Oversee marketing activities that generate B2B leads and new service demand.
Evaluate deliverables ROI and client satisfaction to improve pricing packaging and delivery.
Leadership & Collaboration
Lead and mentor a multi-functional Marketing team (Digital Marketing Content Design Growth Market Research Community). Supported by senior MKT specialists in Performance Content and Growth.
Foster collaboration across Product Sales and CLT teams to align strategies and KPIs.
Manage external vendors and partners for creative production events and media.
Encourage a data-informed creative and ownership-driven team culture.
Plan propose and report for Annual Marketing Strategy Budgeting with clear outcomes.

Requirements
Experience & Track record
710 years of marketing experience with at least 3 years in leadership or managerial roles within internet business HR tech SaaS or digital-led service platforms (recruitment fintech edtech).
Proven success in leading brand or community campaigns with measurable outcomes in engagement or revenue.
Strong analytical mindset with familiarity in data tracking and performance tools (GA4 BigQuery Looker Studio CRM etc).
Strong understanding of how digital products and platforms operate including user journey funnels product lifecycle and growth loops.
Excellent communication and writing skills in both Vietnamese and English.
Creative structured and confident in leading multi-functional teams and cross-department initiatives.
