An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced GeneralManager to lead the opening of a brand-new leisure and family entertainmentsite in Gloucester. This is a rare chance to take ownership of a brand-newoperation working closely with the business owner to shape the team cultureand customer experience from day one.

The Role
As General Manager you will have full responsibility for thesites operations and commercial performance. You will lead from the frontmotivating your team to deliver exceptional customer service while maintainingthe highest standards of health safety and compliance.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Overseeing the successful opening and ongoing management of the site
- Recruiting developing and leading a motivated team including Assistant Managers and front-line staff
- Driving business performance and revenue through effective planning and commercial initiatives
- Ensuring health safety and operational standards are consistently met
- Building strong community and corporate links to establish the site in the local area
The Ideal Candidate

What do we need from you
- Experience in General Management within leisure hospitality or family entertainment
- Proven success in opening and developing new sites (preferred)
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams
- Excellent commercial acumen and results-driven mindset
- A hands-on approachable leadership style with a passion for delivering unforgettable customer experiences
