Tasks
- Handle incoming and outgoing calls with potential and existing customers making sure to provide top-notch service in English.
- Gather and update customer information accurately while engaging them in conversation about our services.
- Achieve or exceed daily and monthly sales targets by effectively promoting our products and services during calls.
- Collaborate with team members to improve scripts and call strategies aiming to enhance customer satisfaction and sales results.
- Stay informed about industry trends and product knowledge to provide accurate information and address customer inquiries confidently.
Requirements
