Job Summary
What success looks like in this role:
Adquiere familiaridad con los conceptos procedimientos y metodologías de Global Field Operations.
Con orientación realiza tareas rutinarias de Global Field Operations incluyendo:
Recepción y respuesta a solicitudes de clientes y miembros de Field Engineering
Creación validación y seguimiento de tickets de servicio dentro del sistema/herramientas de Unisys Dispatch Field Force Management
Programación de citas con clientes
Acceso a acuerdos de servicio
Coordinación de partes esenciales
Mantenimiento del centro de llamadas
Monitoreo de acuerdos de nivel de servicio (SLAs) y
Comunicación con equipos multifuncionales para asegurar un proceso fluido y cohesivo.
Aprende y cumple con las prácticas y políticas de Global Field Operations.
Aprende cómo Global Field Operations mejora los niveles de satisfacción del cliente.
Apoya en proyectos especiales según se le asignen.
