Job Summary

Role Technical Business Analyst (Payment ACH)

Duration 6 Months C2H

Location Alpharetta GA & Berkeley Heights NJ

Job Description-

We need more resumes who can be C2H after 6 months and Alpharetta GA location onsite. Need BA type candidates worked in Financial Org and Implementation exp.

Some understanding Merchant Acquiring platform and POS (virtual/ digital/ hardware) products functional process. Capability to understand cards and merchant acquiring.

Knowledge of JavaScripts stylesheets DOM in web development
Data mapping (tool) and transformation.
Some SQL hands on knowledge and managing data mapping (excel)
Stakeholder coordination and onboarding planning.
Developer full-stack background and gone in the implementation working with end clients.

Responsibilities:

Work with client teams to document onboarding requirements and complete configurations as guided by product engineering team.
Configure and validate APIs for onboarding.
Collaborate and coordinate with DevOps team to set up environments (test staging production) for new bank integrations. Set up client users on the system and train-the-trainer sessions to be conducted.
Conduct end-to-end testing of onboarding flows.
Monitor onboarding success customer success metrics and troubleshoot issues.
