Head of Marketing at StackOne
Role overview:
Reporting directly to the founder/CEO youll own our brand narrative launches and demand engine end-to-end. Youll set strategy execute fast and partner closely with Product Sales and Customer Success to turn ICP accounts into pipeline and revenue.
You will:
Own demand generation and growth strategy and execution.
Define ICPs positioning and messaging for technical and economic buyers.
Plan and run product/feature launches across our web social content paid and field/partner channels.
Build sales enablement: core deck battlecards one-pagers demo scripts objection handling.
Design multi-channel ABM programs (outbound partner events paid content) and PLG growth campaigns.
Measure what matters: funnel health velocity CAC/LTV attribution; report weekly to execs.
Requirements:
5 years in B2B SaaS with API/devtools/infrastructure products
Proven track record in demand gen driving enterprise pipeline via positioning launches and ABM programs.
Proven ability to build from zero to one: defining strategy processes and playbooks for new marketing motions in fast-moving or ambiguous environments.
Exceptional writing and storytelling for both CTO/CPO/CIO and developer/ops personas.
Analytics-driven; fluent with CRM/marketing ops and lightweight experimentation.
Bias to action; comfortable as a player-coach working cross-functionally.
Nice to have: AI/agentic platforms iPaaS/integrations security/compliance familiarity.
