Job Summary

Level Plumbing Dubbo are looking for a motivated and organised Administration Assistant to join our Commercial Construction team based in Dubbo. This full-time role supports the Operations Manager and broader business by ensuring administrative tasks are completed accurately and efficiently.

Youll work closely with customers suppliers and employees across multiple departments playing a key role in keeping operations running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide general administrative support across the business

  • Assist the Operations Manager with daily tasks including:

    • Issuing purchase orders and invoices

    • Creating jobs in Simpro

    • Managing receivables and payment status

    • Scheduling employees to jobs

    • Communicating with customers suppliers and staff

    • Resolving account and customer queries

  • Be the first point of contact for incoming calls and visitors

  • Prepare correspondence reports and other documentation

  • Ensure accuracy in data entry and document processing

  • Provide high-quality customer service

  • Follow company policies and procedures

  • Support the Operations Manager with other reasonable tasks as required

Skills and Attributes

  • Excellent communication and time management skills

  • Experience in accounts payable/receivable processes

  • Competent with Microsoft Office and general computer systems

  • High attention to detail and accuracy

  • Adaptable and able to manage multiple deadlines
