Regional Training Manager

The Regional Training Manager OrangeTwist plays a pivotal dual-role encompassing both clinical training and direct patient care. This individual is responsible for upholding the highest standards of clinical excellence safety and patient satisfaction across designated OrangeTwist locations. As a leader and mentor the Regional Training Manager will coach and develop clinical staff ensure regulatory compliance oversee adverse event responses and lead educational and training initiatives on aesthetic procedures. Simultaneously this role involves performing aesthetic treatments including injectables lasers and other non-invasive procedures ensuring the Trainer remains an expert practitioner while modeling best-in-class care and results.

Responsibilities:

Training:

Provide clinical leadership to ensure that OrangeTwist treatments are performed safely ethically and in compliance with all medical practices

Coaching training and mentoring providers and clinical staff. Providing clinical guidance and answering medical questions as they arise

Issuing approvals/sign-offs for providers to start performing designated treatments following observation of their demonstrated skill

Supporting the development of treatment protocols when needed

Ensuring the adherence to all OrangeTwist protocols and policies by clinical staff

Ensuring patient safety and satisfaction through clinical training and mentoring

Supporting adverse event management (including client communication determining clinical response to adverse events etc.)

Supporting efforts regarding regulatory compliance (e.g. OSHA HIPAA state medical board)

Managing regional clinical staff performance including evaluations feedback and corrective action processes

Ensuring consistency and quality of treatment outcomes across OrangeTwist

Facilitating live clinical training and education

o Teaching injection techniques (e.g. neuromodulators dermal fillers)

o Training on all OrangeTwist treatment modalities.

o Training on safety protocols anatomy and complication management

o Providing hands-on training during workshops or private sessions

Aesthetic Provider:

Conducting consultations and developing treatment plans

Performing Good Faith Exams

Administering injectables (Botox dermal fillers) lasers microneedling etc.

Documenting treatments and patient progress

Educating patients on pre- and post-care

Managing any side effects or complications

Staying trained and certified on all current treatments and technologies

Qualifications:

Active and unrestricted Nurse Practitioner (NP) license or equivalent medical degree (e.g. PA) in all states in the designated region

Advanced experience in administering neuromodulators dermal fillers lasers and other aesthetic procedures (5 years experience required)

2 years in a clinical leadership and/or training role ideally in a multi-location practice setting

Experience with regulatory compliance (e.g. OSHA HIPAA state medical boards) and incident management

BLS (Basic Life Support) certification required

DEA number preferred

Strong decision-making and critical thinking abilities especially during adverse event responses.

High emotional intelligence for coaching team members and engaging with clients

Ability to manage multiple priorities and remain composed under pressure

Physical and Mental Requirements:

Ability to stand or sit for extended periods during treatments and training sessions

Manual dexterity and visual acuity necessary for performing precise aesthetic procedures

Ability to lift push or carry up to 25 lbs of equipment or supplies

Frequent use of hands for fine motor tasks including injections and device operation
