Description:


This role is responsible for leading and developing a mid-to-large sales team while driving profitable new business growth within an assigned territory. The Sales Manager partners closely with local regional and corporate leadership to execute sales strategy develop talent and expand market presence.
We are seeking an experienced and driven Sales Manager to lead a team of sales professionals in the Denver CO market and drive profitable sales growth within an assigned territory. This role is responsible for recruiting developing coaching and supporting Account Executives while ensuring consistent execution against activity expectations quota attainment and revenue growth objectives through a business-to-business (B2B) new account acquisition strategy.
The ideal Sales Manager brings strong leadership experience across the full sales cycle including territory planning lead generation relationship development and deal execution and excels at building and maintaining a high-performance sales culture.


Key Responsibilities:

You will be leading a mid-to-large team of sales representatives and driving profitable sales growth in an assigned territory
Youll be responsible to Recruit Develop Coach and Support new and existing Sales Representatives and ensure that they meet their weekly performance guidelines to exceed quota
Work directly with the General Manager Regional Office and Corporate support team to evaluate and develop new local and/or regional new account acquisition opportunities
Build strong relationships internally and externally to ensure the overall success of new sales
Provide support in prospecting setting appointments with prospects understanding the industries we serve learning our products and service solutions presenting our value proposition and exceeding a sales quota
Responsible for communicating updates progress challenges and opportunities to executive leadership
Monitor sales reports take appropriate action and communicate trends and market conditions to the Director and Vice President


Requirements:

Bachelors degree preferred
Minimum two years of business-to-business outside sales experience focused on new account generation preferably selling a service
Minimum three years managing sales professionals using an account management approach (prospecting selling growing maintaining and retaining accounts)
Strong track record of accomplishments and demonstrated success managing sales professionals through the use of formal activity guidelines and technology-based measurement systems
Professional presence and proficiency in consultative selling skills
Strong presentation and communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and contact-management software such as Salesforce ACT etc.
Willing to travel including some overnight travel
A valid drivers license
Successful completion of Criminal Background Motor Vehicle Record and Drug Screen checks

Compensation
The salary rate for this position ranges from $108000 $125000 depending on circumstances including an applicants skills and qualifications certain degrees and certifications prior job experience market data and other relevant factors. Sales commissions are available based on the applicable incentive plan.
