Success Metrics & Position Goals


Build Relationships: Will be responsible for initiating and nurturing relationships. Will need to be quick to connect and passionate about people.


Inspire and Influence: Take the lead in connecting East Daley products to the prospect through a strong understanding of their individual motivations. Opportunities to influence others while developing a network are central to this role.


Drive Performance: Will be competitive results-oriented and driven to get things done both independently and through others.

Education/Experience

  • 5 years proven B2B selling capabilities in an agile scaling and often-changing industry
  • Demonstrated problem-solving skills to find creative solutions in a rapidly evolving and competitive ecosystem and strong analytical capabilities are a must
  • Professional communication both written and verbal
  • Superb interpersonal skills always approachable and professional with the desire to build lasting relationships with clients
  • Demonstration of a strong sense of urgency and ability to prioritize competing objectives
  • Competitive drive and ability to negotiate
  • Proven ability to self-manage complex sales

Salary base range is $70000 to $100000 DOE

Plus commission brings the total range to $110000 to $160000
