Casey Auto Group is seeking a Title Payoff Clerk to join our Accounting Department!
Are you meticulously organized highly accurate and looking for a stable full-time opportunity with great benefits The Casey Auto Group is seeking a dedicated Title Payoff Clerk to join our busy Accounting Department and manage the legal transfer of vehicle ownership documents for all our store locations. What Youll Be Doing
As the Title Payoff Clerk a vital member of our Accounting Department your primary focus will be on the financial and regulatory accuracy of vehicle transfers strictly adhering to all DMV regulations. Your core responsibilities include:
- Lien & Payoff Management: Your most critical duty will be processing lien payoffs. This involves ensuring all necessary financial and trade-related paperwork is accounted for that all payoffs are made on time and that you proactively follow up via phone to guarantee the timely receipt of titles.
- Deal Preparation: Preparing deals for VIN checks and managing the processing of titles.
- System Tracking: Accurately entering and maintaining current title statuses for all used cars within our ERA Vehicle Management System (VMS).
What Were Looking For
To be successful in this specialized role you should have:
- Experience: A minimum of one year of general office experience is required.
- Speed & Accuracy: The ability to type at least 50 words per minute with high accuracy is essential.
- Skills: Exceptional ability to read comprehend and follow detailed instructions.
- Preferred: Prior experience in automotive accounting or a dealership setting is a significant advantage.

- Competitive Pay and weekly paychecks
- Pay range is $17.00 - $20.00 per hour depending on experience.
- Full-Time Schedule: 8:00 am-5:00 pm Monday-Friday (includes a one-hour lunch break).
