We have an excellent opportunity for an experienced Supervisor to join the team at The Cloth Ear a public bar within the prestigious five-star Merchant Hotel in Belfast. Essential Criteria:
- 1-2 years supervisory experience in a similar busy city centre bar
- A minimum of 2 years food and beverage service including cocktails
- Experience in cash handling and till operations
Desirable Criteria:
- Experience working within a five-star setting.
