RFNOW Inc. is seeking applications from motivated individualsinterested in leading our growing Maintenance and Construction Team. TheFleet Administrator is responsible for managing the daily operations of thecompanys vehicle fleet ensuring all vehicles are properly maintainedlicensed insured and compliant with regulatory requirements. This rolesupports operational efficiency by overseeing fleet records coordinatingmaintenance and repairs monitoring costs and ensuring drivers have the toolsand support needed to perform their duties safely and effectively.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate records of all company vehicles including registrations insurance inspections maintenance history and mileage tracking.
- Schedule and coordinate preventive maintenance inspections and repairs with vendors and service providers.
- Monitor fuel usage maintenance expenses and other fleet-related costs to identify opportunities for efficiency and savings.
- Ensure compliance with federal provincial/state and municipal regulations including safety emissions and licensing requirements.
- Assist with driver onboarding training and ensuring compliance with company fleet policies.
- Track accidents incidents and insurance claims ensuring timely reporting and resolution.
- Support procurement of new vehicles and equipment including evaluating vendor quotes and coordinating delivery.
- Implement and oversee fleet management systems/software to streamline tracking and reporting.
- Serve as the main point of contact for drivers regarding fleet-related questions issues or concerns.
- Prepare reports on fleet performance cost analysis and utilization for management review.
Qualifications & Experience
- Post-secondary education in businessadministration logistics or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Previous experience in fleet administrationtransportation or logistics is an asset.
- Strong organizational and record-keepingskills with high attention to detail.
- Knowledge of vehicle maintenance schedulessafety regulations and compliance requirements.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel WordOutlook); experience with fleet management software is an advantage.
- Excellent communication and problem-solvingskills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meetdeadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Work Environment
- This role is based in our Maintenance ShopVirden MB.
- Hours of work generally fall between 7:00am to7:00pm Monday to Friday with some overtime required.
