Key Responsibilities:
- To assist the State / Warehouse Manager in the day-to-day operations
- Accounts recieiving
- Book keeping
- Ensure quality service to customers & ensure work is completed in a timely safe & environmentally friendly manner
- Instigate pricing & availability checks with suppliers and quote prices and delivery dates.
- Entering customers orders on the system and raising purchase orders
- Database entry for existing & prospective clients
- Inbound & outbound calls from / to existing & prospective clients
- Attend all company sponsored training programs meetings seminars & conferences
- Stock-take
- Produce delivery dockets address labels & consignment notes
- Ensuring goods received are correct & undamaged prior to signing for incoming shipments
- Other duties as per required
Experience Required
- 2 Yrs Previous office administration experience
- Proficient computer skills
