About the Role

Atom Religion is seeking aFashion Operations and Marketing Specialistto take charge ofsales fashion campaign coordination social media marketing project management and e-commerce support. This role is ideal for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced fashion environment and want to showcase theircreativity leadership and strategic skills.

To ensure a perfect fit candidates will go through a4-8 week trial work periodwhere they candemonstrate their skills adaptability and commitmentbefore full onboarding. During this phase candidates will be required to put in the needed time and effort to prove their capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

1. Sales & Business Development

• Develop and execute sales strategies toboost revenue and market presence.
• Identify and securenew retail and client opportunities.
• Lead andtrain sales teamsto improve performance and engagement.
• Conduct market research to stay ahead offashion trends and competitors.

2. Fashion Model & Campaign Coordination

• Plan and overseefashion campaignsfrom concept to execution.
• Coordinate withmodels photographers designers and stylists.
• Organize and managephoto shoots brand activations and fashion events.
• Ensure smooth execution ofbranding and promotional campaigns.

3. Social Media & Digital Marketing

• Create andmanage engaging contentfor platforms like Instagram Facebook and TikTok.
• Developdigital marketing strategiesto increase brand awareness and engagement.
• Analyze performance metrics tooptimize campaignsand improve visibility.
• Collaborate withinfluencers and content creators.

4. Fashion Project Management

• Oversee and executemultiple fashion projects simultaneously.
• Manage timelines budgets and resources toensure successful project delivery.
• Maintain high-quality standards for all fashion-related initiatives.

5. E-Commerce & Online Retail Support

• Manage online product listingsinventory updates and order tracking.
• Work with developers and designers toenhance the e-commerce shopping experience.
• Analyzesales datato improve conversions and optimize online marketing efforts.

Trial Period (4-8 Weeks)

• During thistrial phase candidates will be given real tasks to demonstrate theirskills work ethic and adaptability.
• The trial period is designed to ensure theright fit for both the candidate and the business team.
• Candidates must put in the necessary time and effort toshowcase their capabilities.
• Successful candidates from this trial phase will befully onboarded as permanent team members.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelors or Masters degree inFashion Management Marketing Business Administration or related fields.
• 2-5 years of experiencein fashion sales marketing or project management.
• Strong understanding offashion trends branding and consumer behavior.
• Proficiency insocial media management tools e-commerce platforms and CRM software.
• Excellentcommunication leadership and negotiation skills.
• Ability tomultitask work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects.
