The Role
As an Associate Technical Business Analyst youll assist with digital transformation initiatives by assisting with business requirement gathering change request processes and the configuration and testing of technology solutions. This entry-level role offers hands on experience in business analysis system testing and process improvement.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in gathering and documenting business requirements through workshops and stakeholder meetings.
- Support business case development and ensure clear communication between technical and non-technical teams.
- Maintain documentation such as user stories process maps and functional specifications.
- Help prepare meeting materials track project actions and maintain registers.
- Participate in process mapping and improvement initiatives.
- Assist in configuring and testing technology solutions including Dynamics 365 Business Central and Zavanti.
- Provide second-level technical support and contribute to training materials.
- Support system documentation data migration and integration tasks.
- Stay informed on industry trends and contribute ideas for improvement.
What Youll Bring
- Tertiary qualification in IT Information Systems Business or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Up to 2 years experience in a similar role or relevant internship/placement.
- Exposure to business process modelling and documentation.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central Power BI or a strong willingness to learn.
- Basic understanding of APIs data migration and system integration.
- Exposure to Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps Power Automate) is a plus.
- Strong analytical communication and problem-solving skills.
- High attention to detail and a passion for community impact.
- Satisfactory Police Check and Working with Children Check.
