Job Summary
The Business Analyst participates in designing developing testing implementing and maintaining software applications. Assists in training and supporting end users. Provides software/application support services and collaborates with users to understand workflows document requirements and execute testing.Qualifications
Bachelors Degree Computer Science or related field of study required
Related IT experience ideally in healthcare IT environment 0-1 year preferred
Experience providing end-user support preferably in a healthcare setting. Problem-solving skills.
Ability to document workflows and business processes.
Experience in the development support or operation of software applications preferably in a healthcare setting.
Ability to learn quickly Knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 and other popular office productivity solutions.
Proficient interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with both technical and non-technical staff.

Working Model Requirements
Hybrid schedule 4 days per month minimum onsite at MGB locations. Flexibility for travel within MA required.
On call schedule rotation up to 2 weeks per year 24/7 coverage
