TITLE: HR Technology Vendor Manager (hybrid role)
INDUSTRY: Financial Services
LOCATION: New York NY
COMPENSATION: $175-220k base plus a bonus
RELOCATION: Paid
SUMMARY:
- This position will manage relationships with the vendors/service providers that help provide the technology the company uses to optimize their HR processes integrate AI etc.
- Review negotiate and manage contracts and relationships with vendors/service providers
- Work closely with the senior leaders to ensure successful collaboration throughout the company
REQUIREMENTS:
- 7 years of experience managing relationships and contracts with HR technology vendors/service providers
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to adapt to/understand ever changing HR technology needs
- Bachelors degree
- Experience as an HR technology industry analyst or as a product manager/solutions consultant for a software vendor is a plus
