We are seeking motivated leaders to join their Management Track ranging from entry-level leaders to seasoned General Managers.
These roles are ideal for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment enjoy hands-on leadership and want a clear growth path within restaurant operations.
Responsibilities
Management responsibilities scale with experience but typically include:
Operational Leadership

Oversee daily restaurant operations across both front- and back-of-house.

Ensure consistent execution of recipes food quality speed and service standards.

Maintain a clean safe and compliant environment aligned with all health and safety regulations.
Team Leadership
-
Train coach develop and motivate team members.
-
Foster a positive team-oriented culture with high accountability.
-
Assist with hiring performance evaluation and staff scheduling.
Guest Experience
Business Operations

Manage inventory ordering product rotation and cost controls.

Support labor planning financial performance and shift-level decision-making.

Contribute to operational improvements and uphold company standards.
As managers progress responsibilities expand to include full store leadership P&L accountability team development and long-term operational planning.
