The Role
Were hiring a Demand Generation Manager to build and operate the programs systems and processes that fuel Veritys pipeline. This role owns integrated campaign execution marketing automation funnel optimization and reporting across North America and Europe. Youll work closely with Sales Content and Product Marketing to accelerate demand and contribute directly to revenue growth.
This is a hands-on high-impact role for someone who loves designing campaigns optimizing workflows and making data-driven decisions to scale pipeline performance.
What Youll Do
Integrated Campaigns & Programs
- Build and execute multi-channel campaigns that generate qualified pipeline across target segments.
- Develop nurture programs paid media initiatives webinar/event workflows and outbound sequences.
- Partner with Sales and Content to align campaigns with quarterly priorities and messaging.
- Manage Veritys social presence (LinkedIn YouTube X) and coordinate the content calendar with the Head of Content.
- Support GDPR-compliant marketing activities and campaign execution across Europe.
- Lead quarterly campaign planning managing timelines creative needs and performance reporting.
Marketing Operations & Systems Ownership
- Own Pardot execution: automation workflows segmentation scoring routing and nurture architecture.
- Ensure strong alignment between Pardot and Salesforce maintaining clean data and accurate attribution.
- Build dashboards and reporting across GA4 Looker Studio and Salesforce.
- Identify opportunities to automate and streamline processes across the Martech stack.
- Work with existing tools (Salesforce Pardot GA4) and support future adoption of ABM platforms like Demandbase and 6sense.
- CLAY experience is a plus for data enrichment and signal intelligence.
Growth Insights & Optimization
- Run structured experiments to optimize messaging channels and landing experiences.
- Analyze funnel performance to improve conversion rates and pipeline velocity.
- Support segmentation personalization and ongoing testing initiatives across channels.
- Identify new channels tools and technologies that expand Veritys reach and efficiency.
What You Bring
- 710 years of B2B marketing experience (SaaS logistics supply chain robotics automation or industrial tech).
- Proven track record in demand generation campaign management and/or marketing operations.
- Hands-on experience with Pardot and Salesforce (required).
- Strong analytical skills with familiarity across GA4 Looker Studio and attribution modeling.
- Experience executing GDPR-compliant campaigns across Europe.
- Knowledge of ABM platforms (Demandbase 6sense) or interest in future adoption.
- CLAY or similar enrichment tools are a nice-to-have.
- Strong communicator with the ability to work cross-functionally across global teams.
- Bachelors degree in Marketing Business Communications or related field preferred.
