Job Summary
CNC Programmer
Colorado Springs CO $3540/hr 1st Shift Full-Time
Overview:
We are seeking an experienced CNC Programmer to create revise and optimize complex CNC programs setups and tooling for a precision machine shop. This role works closely with engineers operators and project managers to ensure parts are manufactured efficiently and accurately.
Responsibilities:
- Develop update and optimize CNC programs tool lists and setup sheets.
- Interpret and process complex blueprints and job packages.
- Program using Mastercam CAD and ERP systems; edit drawings and models.
- Provide post-process and on-machine programming support (G-code).
- Collaborate with engineers operators and fabrication teams to improve efficiency.
- Ensure programs meet quality cost and production requirements.
Qualifications:
- 5 years CNC programming experience.
- Strong knowledge of machining processes tooling and G-code.
- Proficiency with Mastercam CAD and ERP software.
- Experience with FANUC Haas and Heidenhain controls.
- Ability to hand-program at the machine when needed.
- Degree/certification in CAD/CAM or related field preferred.
