Type: Contract
Schedule: 34.5 hours/week 11.5-hour shifts 3 days/week
Shifts: MondayFriday (no weekends)
Pay Rate: Local: $2380.50/week Travel: $2958/week
Job Summary:
Navitas Healthcare LLC is seeking Registered Nurse Cardiac ICUfor an exciting job in New York NY.
Responsibilities:
Provide comprehensive RN care to critically ill cardiac patients in the ICU
Perform IV insertions phlebotomy and administer conscious sedation as needed
Implement critical care protocols and respond to emergencies using expert clinical judgment
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes
Complete all required patient documentation accurately and promptly
Adhere to regulatory compliance and patient safety standards
Maintain licensure certifications and required educational competencies
Required Skills & Experience:
Minimum 2 years of current ICU/critical care RN experience
Proficient in IV insertion and phlebotomy
Skilled in conscious sedation procedures
Education & Certifications:
Active New York State RN License (Primary Source Verification required)
AHA BLS (Basic Life Support) Certification
AHA ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) Certification
Documented IV/Phlebotomy experience
