Make an Impact by

  • Foster and build good customer relationship for revenue growth and customer retention.
  • Build solid relationships with assigned accounts to uncover and develop more business opportunities so as to build strong sales pipelines.
  • Able to build achievable goal & action plans to maximize sales performance.
  • Manage account calls presentations negotiations and be responsible for the development/ nurturing of client relationship.
  • Hunt deeper and focus in selling telco and strategic products that is critical for BS revenue contribution (Mobile Singnet Security Cloud and SaaS).
  • Able to engage with customers at all levels (IT HR and C-level).
  • Deliver delightful customer experience in every customer engagement.
  • Work with cross functional teams to develop comprehensive solutions to address business opportunities and meet customers specific requirement.
  • Establish partnerships with various touch-points such as Channel Partners and Custcare for better market reach and optimize our support resources to drive new sales

Skills for Success

  • Minimum diploma with at least 2 years of sales experience
  • Experienced in cold calling
  • Engaging customers (including C-Level) for requirements and proposals
  • Experience in working with various support teams in coming up with pricing proposals
  • Ability to identify opportunities and manage strong pipeline
  • Basic Office skills (Powerpoint Excel)
  • Basic understanding of Telecommunications/ICT services
  • Strong presentation and communication skills
  • Confidence and ability to engage customers
