Job Responsibilities
Payroll Processing: Manage monthly payroll cycles including base salaries overtime bonuses and various allowances.
Overtime Monitoring: Prepare and monitor daily overtime reports to ensure accuracy.
Inquiry Management: Address payroll-related queries from employees and resolve any discrepancies.
Record Maintenance: Maintain accurate and up-to-date payroll and employee records.
Statutory Compliance: Ensure all processing aligns with statutory requirements including CPF contributions income tax and statutory claims.
Reporting: Generate comprehensive payroll reports and necessary documentation for management.
Regulatory Updates: Stay current with the latest payroll legislation and employment regulations.
Job Requirements
Education: Diploma in Human Resources.
Experience: 35 years of hands-on experience in payroll processing and HRIS management.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in SuccessFactors Timesoft Prosoft and MS Office.
Knowledge Base: Deep understanding of the Employment Act CPF regulations tax laws and basic accounting principles.
Core Competencies: Strong numerical organizational and time-management skills.
Attributes: High attention to detail accuracy and the ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
Communication: Effective interpersonal skills to communicate and resolve payroll concerns clearly.
