Senior Project Executive (Software Development)

• Lead the end-to-end project management of multiple software development initiatives from conception to deployment and post-launch support.
  
• Develop detailed project plans including scope goals deliverables timelines resources and budgets.
  
• Proactively identify assess and mitigate project risks and dependencies.
  
• Manage changes in project scope schedule and costs using appropriate verification techniques.
  
• Facilitate key Agile ceremonies including Sprint Planning Daily Stand-ups Sprint Reviews and Retrospectives.
  
• Work closely with Product Owners and engineering teams to refine the product backlog and ensure user stories are well-defined and ready for development.
  
• Remove impediments and foster an environment for high-performing team dynamics continuous flow and relentless improvement.
  
• Act as the primary point of contact for project communication ensuring transparency and alignment across all stakeholders.
  
• Communicate project progress risks and key metrics clearly and effectively to both technical teams and executive leadership.
  
• Manage stakeholder expectations and secure their buy-in for project decisions and direction.
  
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation including status reports RAID logs and final project retrospectives.
  
• Champion the adoption of best practices in project management and software development.
  
• Continuously evaluate and improve team processes to enhance efficiency productivity and product quality.
  
• Contribute to the maturation of the PMO within the organization.
  

Requirements

• 4-5 years of direct experience working on Software development in Telecom or related communication technology industry.
  
• Bachelors degree in computer science Engineering Business or a related field.
  
• Strong understanding of the full software development lifecycle (SDLC) using Agile methodologies (Scrum Kanban).
  
• Solid technical understanding of software development concepts web technologies and architecture such as knowledge of Java Java Script Python Flask Pandas MySQL Linux Docker HTML/CSS.
  
• Proficiency with project management tools such as Jira Confluence.
  
• Experience of Data Engineering Tools: Apache Hive Apache Iceberg Spark Database: Microsoft SQL server PostgreSQL Operating system: Windows Linux (Red Hat Enterprise Linux) and Automation tools: Ansible Selenium (With Python) Microsoft Power Automate UI Path
  
• Knowledge of Data Visualization & Monitoring: Grafana ELK Stack (Elasticsearch Logstash Kibana).
  
• Familiarity with DevOps principles and CI/CD pipelines.
  
• Demonstrable experience with project planning tools (e.g. MS Project Smart sheet) and creating Gantt charts.
  
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present complex information clearly.
  
• Strong leadership facilitation and conflict-resolution skills
  
• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (e.g. AWS Azure GCP).
  
• Experience working in a remote or distributed team environment.
