What Youll Do

As a Part-Time Administrative Assistant you will provide essential support to the team by ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and helping us stay organized and efficient. Your proactive approach to administrative tasks will play a key role in supporting both our internal team and client relationships.

Responsibilities

  • Manage calendars schedule appointments and coordinate meetings.

  • Handle client follow-ups with professionalism.

  • Support internal teams by ensuring timely communication and scheduling alignment.

  • Organize track and update information accurately through data entry.

  • Assist in preparing simple reports notes and updates for team members.

  • Monitor and manage email correspondence to ensure timely responses.

  • Maintain organized records of schedules client interactions and administrative tasks.

  • Proactively identify and resolve scheduling or coordination conflicts.

  • Support team members with general administrative tasks as needed.

Please Note

This role follows a talent pooling approach . Selected candidates will become part of Sozoroads talent pool and may be deployed to support Sozoroad directly or placed with one of our future client companies depending on project needs. Requirements

  • A bachelors degree in Business Administration Business Management or a related field is not required but preferred. Equivalent experience will also be considered.

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.

  • Adaptability to work within Eastern Standard Time (EST) for efficient collaboration if you were to support Sozoroad directly.

  • Experience in administrative support scheduling or calendar management.

  • Strong organizational and time management skills with attention to detail.

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and meet deadlines.

  • Proactive approach with the ability to anticipate needs and resolve issues.

  • Comfortable with client interactions including appointment setting and follow-ups.

  • Basic knowledge of office tools scheduling platforms or CRMs (preferred but not required).
