Job Summary

This is a remote position.

Schedule: Monday 9 AM 6 PM EST (1-hour break at 1:30 PM)

Total Weekly Hours: 40 hours

Join our clients team as an Appointment Setter and help drive new client connections through proactive outreach. Were looking for a confident professional with at least 3 years of cold calling and appointment-setting experience strong communication skills and a persistent self-motivated attitude. Experience in insurance or healthcare is a plus.

Scope

Goal: 58 qualified appointments per week
Access to warm leads cold prospects and app-generated inquiries
Use of vsoft dialer system
Full product and sales training provided
Direct reporting with regular feedback

Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to warm and cold leads
Qualify prospects and schedule appointments
Transfer hot leads directly when possible
Maintain accurate records in CRM systems or spreadsheets
Follow up with prospects using established cadence sequences
Adapt scripts based on prospect responses
Update lead status and track all touchpoints

Requirements

3 years of cold calling and appointment-setting experience
Strong communication skills and professional phone presence
Persistence and resilience when handling rejection
Experience with CRM systems and lead management tools
Comfortable learning and adapting to new processes
Self-motivated and able to work independently
Experience in insurance or healthcare preferred
