Job Title: Office Administrator (On-Site)
Location: Mississauga ON
Employment Type: Full Time
Compensation: Hourly wage 40 hours a week
We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our clients team. The ideal candidate must have prior experience working in a luxury car dealership and be confident in handling day-to-day finance paperwork and administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process finance applications and maintain accurate records.
- Handle clerical and administrative duties related to vehicle sales.
- Communicate with banks lenders and customers regarding financing.
- Prepare contracts bill of sale and other dealership documents.
- Support the sales and management team with office operations.
Requirements:
- Previous experience working in a car dealership (an asset).
- Strong clerical and administrative background.
- Knowledge of automotive finance and documentation processes.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency with computers and dealership software (DMS experience an asset).
Working Conditions
- On-site role (some flexibility may be available).
- Start time: 10 am to 6pm Monday to Friday
