About the Opportunity
Anne Arundel Dermatology (AAD) is a premier physician-led group serving communities across seven states for 50 years. Were seeking a Board-Certified/Board-Eligible Dermatologist to join our thriving established practice in Rockville Maryland.

Responsibilities
What You Can Expect
Turnkey practice: Full schedule day one with a loyal patient base
Worklife balance: Flexible scheduling; up to 6 weeks PTO 2 weeks CME
Modern facilities: EMA EMR Phototherapy suite; strong clinical infrastructure
Efficient support: Dedicated trained MAs who also serve as scribes
Your practice your way: General dermatology with optional excisions and cosmetics (never required)
Autonomy: Physician-led culture that prioritizes quality over quantity
Compensation & Benefits (Full-time 30 hrs/wk)
$400K starting base

Qualifications
- Comfortable working in a high-demand fast-paced clinical setting with strong support
- Committed to delivering efficient high-quality care in a team-based environment
- Interest in long-term practice growth and building a loyal patient panel
- Values both productivity and patient-centered outcomes
Licensure/Certifications/Education
- M.D. or D.O. degree from an accredited medical school.
- Completion of Dermatology Residency and at an accredited healthcare institution.
- Board Certified/Board Eligible by the American Board of Dermatology (ABD)
- Active and unrestricted State Medical license or ability to obtain
- Current Drug Enforcement Agency (DEA) and (CDS) for prescription writing
