Description
As a Locum Ob/Gyn you will play a critical role in delivering high-quality care to patients collaborating with a dedicated team of healthcare professionals. This position not only allows you to enhance your clinical skills but also to contribute to the well-being of the community.
Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive obstetric and gynecological care to patients
- Conduct examinations diagnose and treat a variety of conditions
- Perform surgeries and assist in surgical procedures as needed
- Collaborate with nursing staff and other medical professionals
- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records
- Stay current with medical developments and best practices
- Educate patients on health maintenance and disease prevention
- Participate in quality assurance and improvement initiatives
Requirements
- Medical Doctor (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) degree
- Current board certification in Obstetrics and Gynecology
- Valid medical license to practice in the state of Massachusetts
- Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in Ob/Gyn
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of electronic medical records systems
- Commitment to patient-centered care and ethical practices
Schedule: 12 or 24-hour shifts
Daily Volume: 2 patients
Must be board-certified
