As Portfolio Leader youll support the development and execution of the Home Prevention & Protection strategy. Youll translate business objectives into actionable programs monitor market trends and collaborate across teams to deliver strategic outcomes that align with Suncorps enterprise goals.
What Youll Do
- Develop and refine the Home portfolio strategy aligning with business planning and long-term goals.
- Monitor market dynamics and competitor activity to identify trends and inform strategic responses.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to co-design initiatives that drive customer and business value.
- Prepare strategic materials for senior management and Board audiences.
- Coordinate execution of key initiatives that support strategy and performance in consideration of risk and compliance requirements.
- Build strong relationships across the Consumer Insurance value chain to support strategic delivery.
What Youll Bring
- 5 years commercial experience in the insurance industry.
- Proven ability to develop and implement business strategies with measurable outcomes.
- Strong financial analytical and commercial acumen with proficiency in Word PowerPoint and Excel.
- Experience in initiative and transformation delivery including performance frameworks.
- Ability to influence and coordinate stakeholders across diverse teams.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills with a strategic mindset.
