- This role will be primarily focused on delivering a BAU / Project services within a shared service delivery model.

What Youll Do
Technical Expertise:
- Perform a range of complex technical work activities in Linux environment to meet business and customer requirements.
- Incident and change management.
- 3rd level incident and task support.
- Lead advanced troubleshooting and RCA (Root Cause Analysis) efforts to resolve issues efficiently ensuring minimal downtime and high-quality service delivery.
What Youll Need
Experience: Minimum of 11 years in managing maintaining and troubleshooting large enterprise environments in linux environment
- Creating CSISIPrunbookconfluence.
- Manage and optimize configurations within Linux environment with VMphysical servers hostedin DClinux servers in AWS environment including user administrationdisk managementrepo managementpackage managemetpatch managentpuppetgitnetworking etc.
- Needs to manage almost all flavours of linux like oracle linuxubunturedhatsuseredhat.
- Configure and maintaining linux servers like webservers(Apchenginx)databases(opracle)email servers (postfix)etc.
- Server Inventory management.
- BAU supportserver builddecommission.
- BMC ticket managementIcinga monitoringpatch management and server build via tools.
- Installtionreinstallationmaintain of linux servers in the environment.
- Develop implement and manage complex scripts using bashpython scripting for automation reporting and process efficiency.
- Escalate and communicate issues in line with company processes to meet business and customer needs and provide high-quality support to internal and external stakeholders.
- Proactively keep skills updated with industry standards and emerging technologies to drive innovation in endpoint management.
- Provide technical mentorship drive team improvement initiatives and take on special projects as assigned to ensure operational excellence.
