About the Role
MacHaik Ford in DeSoto is expanding its wholesale parts division and looking for an energetic motivated Outside Sales Representative to grow our business across the DFW area. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys building relationships working independently and being rewarded for performance.
Youll represent one of the most trusted names in the industry while developing new accounts with repair shops fleets and body shops as well as increasing order volume from our existing customers.
What Youll Do
- Develop new wholesale and commercial accounts to expand the dealerships parts business.
- Maintain regular contact with existing accounts to strengthen relationships and grow repeat business.
- Promote genuine Ford OEM parts with an emphasis on quality value and service.
- Coordinate with the in-house Parts team to ensure accuracy and on-time deliveries.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals.
- Prepare reports manage leads and maintain CRM data.
Compensation
- Base Salary: (Based on proven experience & background)
- Commission: Percentage of gross profit on wholesale parts sales
- Earning Potential: Competitive and uncapped for top performers
Schedule & Flexibility
- Flexible schedule available 4- or 5-day workweek options
- Independence to manage your own territory and time effectively

What Were Looking For
- Previous automotive parts or outside sales experience preferred
- Self-motivated organized and goal-driven personality
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Valid Texas drivers license and clean driving record
- Knowledge of Ford parts systems or dealer management software is a plus
- Bi-lingual would be a plus
- Must pass pre-employment drug screen
