At SITS Traxion we believe every candidate and intern deserves a meaningful positive experience. Were always looking for ways to make our internship program more engaging and effective. This is where you come in.

In this project youll help optimize how we attract onboard and support interns. Working closely with theteam youll research and design strategies that enhance the full intern journey: from recruitment to development. Youll gather insights from feedback translate them into actionable recommendations and help improve our university collaborations.

The assignment can be further specified in line with school requirements.

Your key activities will include:

• Researching and optimizing the internship hiring strategy.
• Designing and running a continuous feedback process for interns.
• Supporting the hiring funnel: job postings sourcing resume screening and interview coordination.
• Collaborating across HR IT and Operations on internal projects.
• Assisting with university partnerships and campus events.
• Helping create branded materials and employer branding content.
• Using AI tools to speed up projects and support innovation.

Impact: Your work will directly improve the learning and candidate experience for students strengthen university partnerships and help foster an environment that encourages curiosity and growth.

Who Are We Looking For

• Is studying Bachelor HRM Communication or similar.
• Has an interest in / affinity for talent acquisition.
• Can work both independently and in a team.
• Contributes to a positive working atmosphere
• Has a critical eye and is not afraid to provide constructive criticism.
• Proactive and ready to take initiative.
• Fluent proficiency in English.
