Your impact
Youll be the operational backbone of our hiring engine as Mollie continues to scale. This high-impact 6-month internship is not theoretical; you will drive real outcomes. You will master the logistics and process improvements that accelerate our interview processes helping us hire faster and better across Europe. This is practical experience in a leading fintech scale-up where your work is crucial in defining the Mollie experience for every potential hire. You will work alongside smart ambitious people managing complexity and eliminating friction points in interviewing logistics.
What youll ship
Accelerate our hiring velocity by mastering interview logistics managing complex schedules and ensuring an efficient end-to-end interview process.
Deliver an outstanding candidate experience through clear professional and timely communication that reflects the Mollie brand.
Drive operational workflow improvements by proactively identifying process bottlenecks implementing smarter coordination systems and maintaining accurate ATS data integrity.
Eliminate scheduling friction by expertly aligning complex internal and external calendars and resolving conflicts quickly.
What youll bring

You Are
Enrolled at a Dutch university and in your 3rd or 4th year of study (Bachelors or Masters).
Available for a 6-month internship starting in February.
Able to work at least 4 days per week from our Amsterdam office.
