Merz Therapeutics is expanding its Medical Affairs presence in Poland and were looking for a passionate Medical Science Liaison Managerto strengthen our scientific engagement with the medical this pivotal role you will deliver high-quality scientific and clinical insights lead impactful training initiatives and build trusted partnerships with key opinion leaders and healthcare professionals to advance patient care and therapeutic excellence.

Assess the medical landscape in given geography identify leading local influential experts (KOLs) anddevelop and maintain relationships with academic and research thought leaders appropriate HCPs andmarket access stakeholders

Provide medical and scientific information to KOL/HCPs lead meetings to discuss relevant scientificliterature and address KOL/HCPs enquiries & needs

Answer scientific medical related and unsolicited product questions ensuring medical accuracy andcompliance with local procedures ethical and legal guidelines and directives

Identify opportunities to partner with HCPs on disease state initiatives collaborative research projects andinvestigator sponsored trials

Participate in and support congress activities symposia and local/regional medical meetings

Identify and collaborate with Patients associations

Feedback meaningful medical insights to the medical and commercial Affiliate organization to supportstrategy development and business decisions

Develop medical and HCP interaction plans in strong collaboration with KAMs and contribute to institution / account plans

Prepare medical community for upcoming product launches

YOUR PROFILE

Advanced degree in medical pharmacy nursing bioscience or related field. PhD would be an asset.

Minimum 3 years experience as MSL or in Medical Affairs/Clinical Operations

Solid knowledge of Polish pharmaceutical laws regulations and industry standards

Familiarity with Regulatory Affairs and pharmacovigilance; experience in neurology or specialty products is a plus

Strong understanding of healthcare systems and care delivery processes

Proven ability to work with cross-functional teams locally and internationally

Excellent communication and presentation skills in Polish and English; able to engage KOLs and HCPs

Analytical autonomous and project management skills and willingness to travel regularly within Poland

Advanced interpersonal skills resilient ethical and confident across cultures and levels
