Job Summary
We are looking for a detail-oriented and technically strong Manager Data Scientist to support the end-to-end lifecycle of model scoring dashboard development and business this role youll work closely with teams and external vendors to ensure the accuracy consistency and effectiveness of analytics processes that power key decision-making.
Youll be responsible for maintaining model documentation supporting and eventually leading scoring and refresh meetings optimizing pipelines and dashboards and performing ad hoc analysis.
The ideal candidate combines strong technical skills in Python SQL and Excel with excellent communication organization and a mindset for continuous improvement.
Qualifications :
6 years in data science or analytics
Proficiency in Python SQL and dashboard tools
Strong attention to detail and data validation
Experience managing recurring processes and reporting
Clear communicator with cross-functional teams
Comfortable in ambiguous fast-moving environments
Experience mentoring junior analysts or data scientists (a plus)
