The Opportunity:
The Director Property Development will play a critical leadership role in shaping the future of the universitys infrastructure.
Reporting to the Executive Director of Infrastructure and Major Projects the Director will assess and optimise the University property holdings from an Urban and Town Planning perspectiveidentifying pathways for success based on key criteria: Retain Renew Revenue and Recurrent.

About You:
You are an innovative and driven leader with extensive experience in a property portfolio strategy role ideally within the education sector or similar large-scale organisations.

This full-time position will be offered on a 5-year fixed term contract basis. An attractive remuneration package is on offer including an employer superannuation contribution of 17%.
