Gymnastics Australias Membership Services Team is entering an exciting phase of growth with a bold ambition to significantly increase participation and strengthen the capability of coaches and judges nationwide. To support this vision we are recruiting the pivotal leadership role Head of Workforce Development.
The Head of Workforce Development provides strategic leadership for the design delivery and continuous evolution of Gymnastics Australias national education accreditation and professional development frameworks. This role ensures a contemporary highquality workforce system that supports coaches judges administrators and volunteers to thrive and deliver safe positive gymnastics experiences across Australia. Location and Working Style
Strong preference for Melbournebased candidates
